Santiago began his career in the Building Material industry in 2014 with Builders FirstSource in Orlando, FL. During his time there, he was tasked to coordinate all Millwork Orders and Installations for the Builders FirstSource Central Florida Market for 3 branch locations. This coordination and scheduling was crucial to help learn the intrinsic details of Millwork installations and gain real time understanding of customer service fundamentals.
